Hello Fellow Classmates & Friends!
Saturday night's reunion is history now, but what a great memory it is! We had 80 people there--- it seemed like more to me!--- but according to our sign in sheets it was 80. So great to see many of you that haven't been at some of our previous events, and amazing to see some "first-timers." A special shout-out to David DeVries, Shane Duvall, Alice Harris, Rick McQuillen, and Mark Young. So glad you joined us and hope you will continue to do so! (P.S. Happy Birthday to Alice Harris!)
I want to extend heartfelt thanks to our Reunion Committee members who helped bring everything together. Rose Ann Milheim Meyer, Robert Mahnke, David Simpson, Ginny Hughes Rich, Bonnie Williams Yezak, Trudy Brandt, Clarence (Bubba) Champ, Barbara Biondolillo, & Dennis Marshall. And last but certainly not least, Mr. President Gary Champ, who always tells me what to do. (Even though I don't always do it!)
Rose Ann stepped up again with fabulous decorations for our event. She is an amazing designer/decorator. Dennis Hermis & Bubba Champ took lots of pictures. They should be shared on the website soon. Big thanks to all of them!
Also thanks to our awesome DJ, David Hicks, from Waltrip Class of 72. He's wonderful and has most any song you want available. He is also a very good friend.
